Join Collage Collective and make new work using paper, fabric and other materials at their Open Studio hosted here at the TMC!
SEPTEMBER 25, 5-9 PM
Join MakerKids, a non-profit workshop for kids to develop skills in electronics, crafting, hacking, tinkering and making of all kinds, to create a 3D printed artifact to be included in our evolving exhibition The Imaginary Museum.
OCTOBER 16, 5-9 PM
Try your hand at techniques featured in the TMC’s exhibition Ancestry & Artistry: Maya Textiles from Guatemala with the Toronto Guild of Spinners and Weavers.
OCTOBER 30, 5-9 PM
Learn about the properties of electricity and create your own glowing textile to be included in our participatory exhibition The Imaginary Museum in this special workshop with Ashley Lewis.
Presented by the Textile Museum of Canada with the support of Mozilla, the Ontario Trillium Foundation and Hive Toronto.
