In 2008, Rubinstein has had solo exhibitions at Loop Gallery in Toronto, The Print Shop Gallery in Hamilton, and Museum at Hebrew Union College in New York City. Her work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin.
