Karen Thiessen Cycles III Mixed media Karen Thiessen is a former Harbourfront resident and graduate of the Sheridan and the Nova Scotia College of Art & Design textile programs. She launched her Web site www.karenthiessen.com last fall. In October 2008, small works, a solo show of her new mixed media textiles/collages opens at the Carnegie Gallery in Dundas. Her award-winning work can be found in numerous public and private collections.
