Threads of Time Photo-based art John Alexander is primarily self-taught and has been photographing his surroundings since his teens. Originally from Fredericton New Brunswick, John moved to Toronto in 1978 to study Photography at Ryerson. In addition to work on corporate brochures and reports, John has exhibited at Sunbury Shores in St. Andrews New Brunswick and during the Contact Festival in Toronto. John is currently having two weekend shows a year here at the Textile Museum. John’s next Show and Sale is December 4th and 5th, 2009.
