Found Dyed, felted wool Monica Bodirsky is inspired by our fragile and sometimes mysterious environment, she explores the relationship between dicovery and invention. The process of sculptural crocheting, felting and dyeing allows the art to develop in stages in the studio as organisms would outdoors. By reinterpreting forms reminiscent of found, orgranic objects, she is acquiring and sharing a profound understanding and appreciation of nature.
