Cosmic Traveller Mixed media fibre Susan Strachan-Johnson showed at the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum and the Common Thread Festival in Oakville in 2009. She taught several fibre art workshops in the spring, and continued working towards her City & Guilds Diploma. She also won the Rececca Burghardt Emerging Artist Award at Touched by Fire in 2008 in Toronto.
