Tucked away on the second floor of the TMC, the Museum Shop is a marketplace of both new and traditional textiles from around the world. The shelves house original works by over 50 Canadian artisans. We also offer the largest selection of textile and textile-related books in Toronto. Many items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
The Museum Shop is staffed by an enthusiastic crew of volunteers who share their love and knowledge of textiles to make your experience enjoyable. When possible The Museum Shop works directly with co-ops that provide support for artisans through sustainable employment and education. All funds generated by the Museum Shop directly support the development of TMC programs and exhibitions.
