Dress

Tahitians produced clothing from local plant materials. The flexible bodice of this dress is constructed by tying long strands of grass into a net; the ends hang down to form a wavy skirt. This dress rustles against the ground with the movements of the wearer – dirt still covers the grass ends.

If you were to make a garment from materials found around your home, what would you create?

I would make a colorful hat, made of dry flowers and feathers I daily find nearby.
